What is the difference between a Wholesale and a Commercial Account?

Wholesale Accounts are subject to our $200 order minimum (or else are charged $14.95), and orders are sent out two business days after placing their order. Commercial Accounts orders are shipped free after meeting a $22 total and leave same day (when placed before 2pm).

 

What if i need to receive my order sooner?

If you need to upgrade your shipment method to something other than what is noted in your account/order, please reach out to Customer Service.


I can't find an item i've ordered in the past- what do i do?

Not all items are available for purchase to all customers. Item availability depends on the warehouse your items are dispatched from and the method they're sent. If there is an item you've ordered in the past that you can't find on the site there are a few things we can do. First try searching the item to see if you can find it that way - it might be in a category different than you thought! If that doesn't work, please reach out to your Customer Service Representative to help troubleshoot the issue.


What if the item I want says "Out Of Stock"?

If the item you're looking to order says "Out of Stock" you won't be able to add it to your cart and complete checkout.


Why is there no "Add to Cart" button on the item I want?

Have no fear! On many items there is not a quick-add feature because additional input is needed. For coffees, you must select a grind option (or Whole Bean) and bag size in order to add the item to the cart. For non-coffee items that don't show the "add to cart" button it is because you'll need to select whether you'd like one "each" or a case of that item prior to adding it to your cart. If you order the items the same format/size/grind each week, we suggest making a wish list to save those features!


How do i make a wish list?

It can be helpful to save items that you get the same way each week, so we've given you the ability to make different Wish Lists! To save an item to a wish list you can select the size/grind/units and select the "Add to Wishlist" button to select which list you'd like to add that item to. You can make as many lists as you'd like, so make one for each season, promotion, or whatever you want! To view your lists click on your name in the top right corner.


What if I want to order the same thing I got last week?

You can see your purchase history by clicking on your name in the top right corner and going to Purchases -> Purchase History. Clicking on the order number will open the order details where you can click the 'Reorder' button to add items into your cart with the same details as before. If you order the same thing each week we suggest making a Wish List as you can select multiple items (or all the items!) in the list and 'add to cart' in bulk.


Can I change my payment method?

Yes! Within your account details you're able to add or change your payment method. You are not able to change the terms of payment, however. If you need to change your terms, please reach out to our finance team for details.


Why can't I see my past purchases or billing information?

If you're unable to access the billing menu in the account details or unable to see previous orders it could be because you are set up with a restricted role. If you feel as though this was done in error, please reach out to our Customer Service Team to help resolve that!
